Lixsa Demo Shop - Updated Return Policy

At Lixsa Demo Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it,
  • Unworn or unused, with tags,
  • In its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@lixsa.ai. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please ensure that items are not sent back to us without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hi@lixsa.ai. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products),
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to first return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without providing a justification. As with our standard return policy, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it,
  • Unworn or unused, with tags,
  • In its original packaging.

Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
